@SumUp The gist is… it seems the ‘SumUp Solo & Printer’ is unable to print receipts when used with an iPad operating the SumUp: Payment & POS app. It only prints receipts when used as a standalone device. Am I missing something here? Surely the SumUp printer works with the SumUp app

@SumUp Very dissatisfied with your tech support. Nice move ending a tech call. How hard is it for your own printer to print receipts using your own app? Frustrating doesn’t half cover it

@DunelmUK I’ve had these knives from you for less than six months, they developed marks & rust spots within weeks and now one just gave up completely mid cheese cut. I got these to replace a set I’d had for 5+ years with no issues. Do better.
