8 Reasons why Dumbphones are a Smart Choice for Your Child's Well-being Smartphones are debasing human childhood in profound ways. Children raised on a steady diet of gaming, videos, and porn (for boys) or social media and video content (for girls) become malformed pseudo-adults.. I’ve observed their disastrous effects as a teacher over the past five years, and as a parent, I am concerned about where we’re all headed. One of the best articulations of their effects and dangers can be found in the 2023 best-seller The Anxious Generation by @JonHaidt. A lot needs to be said about the dangers of smartphones for kids under 16. I’ve strived to build a compelling argument, and I hope it prompts you to reflect deeply on this pressing issue of our times.

Yes! Aditya Dhar @AdityaDharFilms absolutely nailed the sequel. Dhurandhar 2 is a masterpiece. Longer than the previous installment, but it felt shorter. In both films Aditya has created a tone which I call a mix of Ridley Scott's Epic-Realism & Quentin Tarantino's flamboyant action. The last installment was more Ridley Scott (Body Of Lies, Black Hawk Down, etc), this one is more Tarantino (Kill Bill, Pulp Fiction, etc). Aditya is the only director on Earth who has managed to effectively strike this impossible balance and create films that are meaningful and immensely entertaining. The opening sequence is the most gut-wrenching ever in Indian cinema.. and every scene that follows, builds satisfyingly to the climax. This time there are a few shocking twists and turns that keep you guessing. Every character showcased in the first movie, has now been developed to the max, to the level that only a webseries with over 10 seasons can achieve. The dialogue is taut, perfect editing, camera work is impeccable and the VFX is invisible. The music by Shaswat Sachdev is just insanely unique and spectacular. As a composer myself, there is a lot one can learn from him. Ranveer Singh delivered his best performance ever, and this film will catapult him to legend status. All side-plots and themes introduced in the first installment are concluded here, and in the most gratifying way. There are pockets in this film that feel like a blow to the gut, and there are scenes which feel as jubiliant, as the celebration of a cricket world-cup final victory. Aditya Dhar is without any doubt, the finest director in India. A masterful director who has the best understanding of the rules of cinema, and effectively breaks each and every one of them. A director obcessed with perfection and delivering an experience that is cerebral, fun, entertaining, introspective and satisfying to the highest degree imaginable. Watch Dhurandhar: The Revenge in the largest screen you can find. Like the last film, I am certain that this time too there will be the few who will deliberately try and maliciously destroy this film. Will NOT work. This film is on its way to become one of the greatest ever, and certainly the most successful, with no doubt in my mind. @DhurandharFans @AdityaRajKaul @yamigautam @shashwatology @RanveerOfficial @jiostudios @JioHotstar @spotifyindia @LokeshDharB62

Most of you are completely missing this part of #Dhurandhar2 , where Aditya Dhar very deliberately shows the misuse of “Sar Tan Se Juda” slogans and blasphemy rumours, and how such narratives are weaponised. He literally builds a sequence where ISI-backed elements exploit fake allegations to get an innocent man killed, just to serve their agenda. Tell me this isn’t relevant in today’s time, especially after what we saw post the Nupur Sharma episode. And that’s just the beginning. He then moves to Punjab : exposing the drug crisis, the systematic brainwashing, and how separatist sentiments like Khalistan are kept alive and fuelled. It’s not surface-level commentary, it’s layered and uncomfortable, the kind most filmmakers avoid. Then comes the ISI–terror–gangster–drug nexus angle extending into UP, connecting dots that many pretend don’t exist. The Atiq Ahmed connection. The Dawood Ibrahim part. This isn’t just storytelling. This is a full-blown mapping of the internal and external threats India is dealing with today. Bold, unapologetic, and brutally relevant. Very few filmmakers have the clarity or courage to do what Aditya Dhar has done here.

Piyush Goyal meeting Anduril CEO to expand their footprint under Make in India tells you everything. The commerce minister is selling defence access to a US firm while Indian drone startups still wait months for trial orders. The US runs its defence industry by giving its own startups large contracts first, then letting them export. India does it in reverse, rolls out the carpet for foreign firms and asks its own companies to prove themselves with no money and few chocolate orders. Turkey built Baykar into a global drone brand with one private company and full state backing. India shot down those same drones in May 2025 with Akashteer. So India has the defence tech talent. But Tata, L&T, Bharat Forge just got shortlisted for AMCA prototypes in February 2026. That should have happened ten years ago. The problem is not capability, it is the speed of the procurement system.
Krishnan@cvkrishnan

It is clear that every decision maker at the highest levels doesn’t have a strong sense of what it takes to be a sovereign major power in their veins. Somehow the cost of creating a world class self reliant high performance & excellence pursuing domestic tech sector seems too alien.

Madame FM @nsitharaman please explain what is the benefit to citizens for this huge infusion of tax payers funds? You are covering up the huge losses of @BSNLCorporate , propping up a very inefficient co which earns so little. Is there no better use of hard earned money of taxpayers? Is losing tax payers money a proud achievement? @FinancialXpress @FinMinIndia can you give us a cost benefit analysis please? Very wrong to pour our hard earned money into a deep black hole!
Nirmala Sitharaman Office@nsitharamanoffc

For BSNL, our government has provided three revival packages totalling ₹3.22 lakh crore. We have dealt with the burden of oil bonds, addressed the “Fragile Five” economy, and undertaken bank restructuring and recapitalization. These were not small amounts but those of ₹3 lakh crore - ₹4 lakh crore, and now even fertiliser subsidies. Wherever there were weaknesses in the economy, they were left unaddressed earlier, and we are now paying for all of it. Yet, we are being questioned about GDP growth and fiscal deficit. The reality is that we are clearing the liabilities left behind. On spectrum allocation, after our government came to power, spectrum in bands such as 700 MHz, 800 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2100 MHz, 2500 MHz and 3300 MHz has been provided to BSNL at auction-determined prices for 4G and 5G services. On BSNL, I must respectfully say that every criticism made against it is incorrect. If anything, BSNL was pushed into a critical condition earlier. It was in the ICU, and we have revived it and brought it back on track. The Union Cabinet has approved revival packages for BSNL. The capital infusion between 2022 and 2023 stands at ₹2.26 lakh crore. This includes spectrum allocation, capital expenditure on infrastructure, AGR dues, and restructuring of the PSU. The Make in India mandate for BSNL is a strength, not a restriction. There is no restriction on BSNL. In fact, under the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative, BSNL has placed an order for 1 lakh indigenously developed 4G sites for pan-India deployment. As of 28th February 2026, 97,906 sites have been installed with 4G equipment, out of which 96,103 are already operational. Additionally, the BharatNet Programme is strengthening BSNL further. An amount of ₹1.39 lakh crore has been approved to extend optical fibre connectivity to all villages across the country. - Smt @nsitharaman in Rajya Sabha

Private equity firms bought 500 hospitals. Death rates in their emergency rooms went up 13%. They fired 12% of the staff. Then they paid themselves billions in dividends. A Harvard study just confirmed what doctors already knew: people are dying so investors can hit quarterly targets. Exactly what happens. A PE firm buys a hospital using debt. The debt gets placed on the hospital's balance sheet, not the firm's. Now the hospital owes hundreds of millions it never borrowed. To service that debt, the hospital cuts costs. Costs mean nurses. The numbers from the Harvard/University of Chicago study are horrifying. After PE acquisition, emergency department salary spending dropped 18.2%. ICU salary spending dropped 15.9%. Hospital-wide employees were cut 11.6%. Emergency department deaths rose 13%, seven additional deaths per 10,000 visits. A separate study found patients undergoing surgery at PE-acquired hospitals had 17% higher odds of dying within 90 days. Steward Health Care, owned by Cerberus Capital, filed bankruptcy with $9 billion in debt after closing hospitals across Massachusetts. The CEO lived on a $40 million yacht while emergency rooms went dark. Eight hospitals serving 2 million people nearly disappeared because a PE fund extracted more cash than the system could survive. The private equity industry has poured over $1 trillion into healthcare. They operate a quarter of ERs nationwide. This isn't going away. The investing angle nobody talks about. Non-PE hospital operators like HCA Healthcare (HCA) and Tenet (THC) are the direct beneficiaries. Every time a PE hospital closes or deteriorates, patients flow to the nearest competitor. HCA has returned 1,200% since 2011. Patient volume from PE closures is a structural tailwind nobody's pricing in. Medical staffing firms (AMN Healthcare, Cross Country) charge premium rates specifically because PE hospitals cut staff. The staffing shortage IS the business model for these companies. The disruption play: outpatient surgical centers (SCA Health, now part of UnitedHealth) are pulling profitable procedures out of hospitals entirely. PE-owned hospitals lose their highest-margin surgeries to outpatient, and the death spiral accelerates. Pull up tradevision and monitor healthcare M&A alerts, hospital closure filings, and patient volume migration data. When a PE-owned hospital announces "restructuring," the patient volume shift to competitors like HCA starts within 30 days. That 30-day window is when the competitor's earnings revisions haven't updated yet. Free to try. (a private equity firm bought your local hospital. borrowed $500 million in the hospital's name. fired 12% of the nurses. emergency room deaths rose 13%. then they paid themselves dividends. nobody went to prison. they're currently buying another hospital.)

.@sardesairajdeep you attacked me today during my panel at the @indiatoday Conclave, and you accused me of “racism” and “Islamophobia” for speaking the truth about Islam. How can you accuse me of being racist when 10 days ago, you had no problem allowing for Islamic jihadist and Muslim Brotherhood mouthpiece @mehdirhasan to come on your show even though he has referred to non-Muslims as “animals and cattle”? Here is the video of Mehdi Hasan calling non-Muslims animals and cattle. 👇🏻 Do you think Hindus are Kaffir like Mehdi does? @sardesairajdeep, It appears to me that you are an Islamic sympathizer. Even worse, Mehdi previously said he wants to see more planes crash in America. Did you ambush him and ask him to apologize for calling for acts of Islamic terrorism with planes in America? Or do you only raise your voice at women, the same way Muslim men speak to women? Why did you allow this jihadi who has been condemned by the Trump administration for supporting jihad to come on your show? Double standard! It’s time for you to stop siding with those who wish to kill you in the name of Islam. Also, I’m not going to take advice from a man who has been begging @ZohranKMamdani the Jihadi Ugandan to come on his show. Mamdani is a communist. Are you a communist?

Glad that the mask from the face of Teresa is falling off. Do you know? A journalist & and filmmaker, Donal MacIntyre, posed as an undercover observer, was making a documentary film on Teresa’s Calcutta mission. He wrote in the New Statesman how disabled children were tied up to stop them straying. She received huge amount of donations. But Inspite of so much donations the charity organisations were extremely unhygienic. •Food was prepared on the floor in the corridor. •senior members of staff mixed medicine with their hands •There were shortage of hygeinic nappies, food, medicines & other essentials. When asked to use the huge donations she received for the cause to be utilised for the patients specially children - she would reply "God would provide for the patients" So what exactly was she receiving donations for? The donations meant for patients were going straight to international banks. She wouldn't even provide painkillers to patients stating " Pain is the most beautiful gift for a person as they can participate in the suffering of Christ" Though this so-called "Saint" herself didn't participate in the suffering of Christ. She She herself had the best the world’s prestigious hospitals could provide. And till date we call this fraud as "Mother"

We Have It All@WeAreWoke1776_3

Many are going to be dramatically affected by this, but it needs to come to light. “Mother Teresa’s real name was Anjezë Gonxhe Bojaxhiu. Did you know in 1944, a sudden controversial documentary was released named “Hell’s Angel”? It was the first controversial and critical blot on Mother Teresa’s pious image.” People began to notice stuff. “Christopher Hitchens and Tariq Ali, both wrote a documentary which boldly wrote out an ample amount of points about so many things that showed a completely opposite image of Mother Teresa. Mother Teresa also had a considerable amount of money in Vatican Bank. So much money that if she had withdrawn her money, all her money at once, then the whole bank would have collapsed! So practically you can say that Mother Teresa RAN the Vatican bank. Two of her biggest funders were Robert Maxwell, Ghislaine Maxwell’s father who donated nearly a half a billion dollars to her and Charles Keating. Charles gave millions of dollars to Mother Teresa and one private jet too. She was also connected to the late Prime Minister of Albania, Enver Hoxha. Enver Hoxha was widely regarded as one of the most brutal and repressive dictators in European history. He established a totalitarian regime characterized by extreme Stalinism, complete isolation from the outside world, and severe human rights violations. Apart from this, Mother Teresa also should be known for her embrace of racism, she had the same mindset as white colonists. She believed that darker-skinned people are savages and white-skinned people are saviors.” 👉🏼medium.com/lessons-from-h…

In our book, "Who Is Raising Your Children?," we talk about how the @NITIAayog , with the @EduMinOfIndia and @MoHFW_INDIA, are bringing in Comprehensive Sexuality Education to sexualize kids early. The Legal Ministry is trying to lower age of sexual consent (attack on POCSO), increase the age for marriage. The GOI is imposing this sexualizing education with tax payer money, foreign-funded NGOs (and foundations of Tata and HCL). The idea is to encourage sexual activity in minors and manage risks of sexual activity through vaccines (like HPV) and abortions. This is a carefully designed plan to change India's youth. The government is given a blueprint to implement this plan by NGOs, the UN, and foreign players.

They want to enslave you. They are fully incentivized to sabotage every effort to build an indigenous AI stack. The minister of @GoI_MeitY stated that Indian data should flow because foreign data comes to India for “processing.” This is the IT services lobby at work. They want to strip the public’s personal data and get American AI platforms to train on it. In exchange, IT services firms will continue receiving contracts. The government probably agrees. It cannot afford to allow services exports to falter because in the absence of a sound manufacturing base, the country’s biggest source of income would suffer. The people are paying for the state’s failure to reform and diversify the economy. Collectively, this is leading to digital colonization. Through ownership of many companies that make “sovereign” LLMs and SLMs, the Americans will control what little the country innovates. By controlling the AI stack on which India will depend, the US will gain control of the economy. The veto Washington will consequently have over India’s foreign and domestic policy will be enormous. No Indian voted for this.
ANI@ANI

Delhi | India AI Impact Summit : Sriram Krishnan, Senior White House Policy Advisor on Artificial Intelligence, says, "...We want to make sure that the world uses the American AI stack...We also want the world to use our AI model...We want all our allies, including India, to leverage our AI infrastructure."
