@mkcouncil how are you taking Januarys council tax payment early out of our banks? People cant afford this and for some will prove a very costly error on your part!

Hi @mkcouncil - why have you taken everyone's council tax direct debits early without warning? I get it's a bank holiday weekend but you're not allowed to debit everyone early without notifying us. Can you explain why this has happened? Some people will now be overdrawn.
