A tragic incident has shaken Islamabad as a young man, Farukh Afzal, was allegedly abducted from outside his home in Sector F-6 under the jurisdiction of Kohsar Police Station. Despite the presence of Safe City cameras and multiple police checkpoints, the victim could not be rescued. According to the family, armed suspects forcibly took him away after opening fire when locals tried to intervene. The family had immediately alerted Islamabad Police through the emergency helpline. Hours later, police informed the family that the body had been found in a hospital in Mardan, bearing signs of torture.
