@universal_w37 I'm afraid our system isn't setup to move things to a new basket however you can add things from a favourite list or previous order to make things easier when placing a new order. Thanks - Arron

@Tesco what’s the point in not reminding as we approach 11:46 to check out, but then 6-7 alerts after midnight saying I missed checkout, let save your changes, then oh no no, something went wrong. But then to KEEP SENDING REMINDERS. Rinse repeat til the wee hours

@Tesco Thanks for replying so quickly. It didn’t even move things into a new basket, it’s all just gone! Have to start over and add enough for a minimum spend. Why does it offer to save it when it won’t save it?

@BootsHelp ordered this on Saturday. Used the code but it’s not arrived. Phoned customer service who didn’t help AT ALL, told me to buy another £44 of Covid tests and pay the £4.95 for next day delivery. So expecting me to buy £88 worth of tests plus delivery. Need them urgently!
