You never really know what someone is dealing with behind the scenes. That has been one of the harder lessons for me to learn. Sometimes people are late. Quiet. Short. Distracted. Not themselves. And the easy thing is to take it personally. But life is heavy for a lot of people in ways they never talk about. It took me years to learn this, but giving people a little more grace and leniency goes a long way. You never know what someone is carrying.

Dumb af, players already do bi-weekly updates that are usually 5gb+ for Epic's stuff, if 50% plays creator islands, then why are we limited... Stop capping developers and let us choose whether we want players to spend longer downloading an experience we think is worth their time

Hey @BeastFNCreative we’re really sorry for the confusion here. This wasn’t a test, it was an error in the Creator Portal and has been reverted. A compact download size means games remain available to as many players as possible – wherever they play. Later this year, we will add the ability to stream large assets (like textures and meshes) to UEFN, increasing what you can fit within the existing headroom.

I still believe that games in Fortnite should be at the discretion of the developers and their experiences. If developers choose to build performance heavy experiences, then that should be on them.🤷‍♂️ Up the limit, let players pre-download updates and make bigger / better games.

🚨 HUGE change for UEFN creators. It looks like Fortnite’s download size limit may have increased from 400MB to 800MB. This is something creators have been asking for since Creative 1.0. Bigger worlds, better visuals, more content, less painful optimization cuts. Massive win if confirmed. 🔥

To finally feel the anxiety start to fall off my shoulders has been the best feeling in the world. New life, new things, new fun stuff happening! I did not realize how overwhelmed and stressed I was till I got out of all of this. I was beating myself up every single day for a chance at nothing. I love to game again. I love getting on my PC to just have fun and I completely lost that. I feel free! 💜💜💜

Been 3 years since UEFN released and you can still publish a map, get approved then publish again 5 minutes later with a minor settings change and all of a sudden get rejected for a reason that makes no sense. Then you gotta become a detective and figure out why it got rejected this time 😂 #UEFN #FortniteCreative
