@BowTiedUM Probably a malabsorption issue for me then! Had long term gut issues which are definitely improving. Maybe the ferritin will correct itself over time.

@CarloAlessio2 @BowTiedUM I eat plenty of red meat, so I assume I have some kind of absorption issue. It tracks with my poor gut health which I’ve been working on for a while, and made some solid improvements

@upzen_ @BowTiedUM Eat red meat and take vitamin C immediately at the end of the meal .Scurvy is a common problem with those on keto diets who don't eat enough fruits .1 raw jalapeno has 3 times the vitaminC than a naval orange !and almost no sugar !

@zanehkoch Looks like it was pulsed, but not the frequency of wifi/bluetooth (2.4ghz to 5ghz) so you can’t really conclude that wifi & Bluetooth are safe with this

@zanehkoch Key question: was the RF in the study pulsed or constant? PAPR is a key indicator of biological effects. Real wifi/bluetooth/cellular is very pulsed and choppy, making it hard for the body to adapt.

for a while i've had a slight fear that the bluetooth from my airpods could be frying my brain this weekend i pulled the raw data from a $30m government study of 1,679 mice blasted with cell phone radiation and reanalyzed it what i found was...not what I expected? 🧵

@KILLTOPARTY @ourladyofsun @paulsaladinomd Here in Australia it’s pretty normal and even encouraged to bring your own cup to the coffee shop (only for takeaway coffee of course, not if you’re sitting down) The brand “keep cup” is Australian and made for standard coffee sizes, it’s accepted everywhere here

They are charging you more for the extra microplastics from the cup (paper cup lined with plastic). Go easy on your body, bring your own mug. Paper cups from coffee shops (overcharging you for tea) are a massive source of microplastics, perhaps the largest!
Elizabeth@ourladyofsun

Why are coffee shops out here charging extra for a large tea??? It’s one teabag no matter what size I order, you’re really charging me double for more water?? Come on

BREAKING SPORT NEWS CEASE AND DESIST: PEPSICO v. SPORT DRINK We regret to inform our beloved Sport Drinkers that the multinational conglomerate PepsiCo has dispatched its team of high-priced, big-city attorneys to Sport Drink LLC, delivering a formal cease-and-desist letter. PepsiCo has taken issue with our healthy alternative and what we considered a respectful and loving homage to one of their products known as BAJA BLAST™. Apparently, this name is protected. As a result, we can no longer sell a product under the name Sport Drink BAJA BLAST—or anything resembling BLAH BLAH BLAST—going forward. The good news: Sport Drink BAJA BLAST is already sold out. Even better news: we’ll be back in stock in just a few short weeks with a new and improved name. Name suggestions are now open. Please submit responsibly. Sport Drink

From an nnEMF exposure standpoint, the goal is to have fewer active transmitters for less total RF burden based on what I’ve learned My expertise is not in nnEMF, so feel free to correct me if needed. There are more intelligent, dedicated people doing work within the subject Your phone has multiple radios: • Cellular (LTE / 5G) • WiFi • Bluetooth • Sometimes UWB When more than one is actively transmitting, total pulsed RF exposure increases At home with stable WiFi (if you’re not running Ethernet), turn LTE/5G off and just use WiFi. Cellular signals often boost power indoors, especially when reception fluctuates, which increases RF output. WiFi at close range typically runs at lower power. Keep WiFi on, fully disable cellular data, and turn Bluetooth off unless you actually need it When you’re out and using cellular, turn WiFi off. Phones constantly scan for networks when WiFi is enabled, which adds unnecessary background emissions. Running LTE alone is cleaner than stacking LTE with active WiFi scanning. Keep cellular on, WiFi off, and Bluetooth off unless it’s essential Less stacked radios Less cumulative load

From a nnEMF perspective, the Apple Watch is arguably worst piece of tech to use because it abuses the inverse square law (it’s right on your skin) It’s a continuous RF transmitter on your skin that constantly emits Bluetooth, WiFi, cellular. Duration + proximity is the mother of all destructive combos within this context The Oura ring, on the other hand, has the option to turn airplane on. It can only emit Bluetooth, and most of the time, the ring isn’t actively transmitting. I only sync it once daily It also has optical LEDs, which I consider practically meaningless for someone who’s in circadian alignment I enjoy tracking my sleep stats, even though I have already mastered the fundamentals that create great sleep The Oura ring allows me to do this in the lowest risk way from a nnEMF standpoint
Carl Inserra Jr.@NascentDreams

@zaidkdahhaj Any particular reason why you use the Oura ring over an Apple Watch w/ Bevel or similar app?

This is your best friend during a gut protocol. PHGG - a soluble fibre - is perfect for those with who are fibre sensitive. It will be very helpful for you for these reasons: - diarrhoea AND constipation - increasing bifidobacteria species - sequestering bile - improving iron absorption - improving the gut environment (pH, gut mucus, gut lining). Start with a scoop in the morning, in water, away from foods.

If you have histamine intolerance, one of my go to stacks is using: - DAO - histamineX probiotic (by seeking health). This may balance the equation of how much histamine is vs how much is broken down. As a general rule of thumb, I also like to support any histamine and mast cell issue with: - methylation optimisation - sufficient copper + vitamin C - passionflower tea, - boswellia phytosome, - black seed oil, - stinging nettle tea, and - modified citrus pectin. As always though, need to find root causes/weaknesses in physiology, and address those.
Ross 🧬🔬@GutOptimized

You're someone who is histamine intolerant? Klebsiella pneumoniae is capable of producing high amounts of histamine in the gut and, in turn, creating systemic mast cell/histamine issues. This species is often raised in people with IBS. Reduce high histamine for symptom management, but also reduce starch and lactose (as it will ferment) Use polyphenols to inhibit it - especially EGCGs found in green tea. If you need more support, use black seed oil, MCT oil and pomegranate peel tincture - safeguarded antimicrobial stack appropriate for a gentle dysbiosis protocol. Expert tip: zoom in to issues like this, but zoom out and ensure you're forming a plan to address other existing issues as well.

LED lights are making us sick, blind & quietly wrecking the very hormones that run the show inside us. You might want to switch back to Sunlight, Candles & Incandescent bulbs. Yes, LEDs are super energy-efficient, upto 95% more efficient than incandescent bulbs but have you ever thought what exactly are we trading for those savings? Is saving a few dollar off your electricity bill really worth messing with your circadian rhythm, your mood, your sleep, your eyes & your hormones? Blue light isn’t the villain when it comes from the sun, because nature never gives it alone. It’s always wrapped inside a full spectrum of wavelengths that keep your body balanced. In isolation from all the other colors, blue light damages our retinas & disrupts our endocrine systems, resulting in physical and mental problems. Cool LED bulbs emit more blue light than warm LED bulbs because of the high color temperature But the label “WARM” can be deceptive. Warm LEDs give out a warmer “looking” light because the blue light is masked with a yellow or orange filter, but they DO NOT emit a RED wavelength. When you’re shopping for bulbs, Check the Color Rendering Index (CRI). Sunlight is the gold standard with a CRI of 100 and so are incandescent bulbs & candles. If you have to go with LED lights, choose ones with a CRI as close to 100 as possible. Pay attention to flickering because many LEDs tend to have a high flicker rate. Also, keep in mind those electromagnetic fields (nnEMF) All LEDs emit high dirty electricity that rides along your wiring and leaks into your living space as invisible electrical noise. Most people never think about it but your nervous system absolutely does. This constant background stress chips away at your sleep quality, your recovery, your focus & your overall resilience. And unlike the sun or a candle, LEDs offer zero biological upside to counter the stress they introduce. No INFRARED. No Deep RED. No warmth that feeds your Mitochondria. Just raw, isolated blue packaged inside an electronic device that radiates electrical noise while flickering thousands of times per second. We traded biological safety for efficiency & we’re paying for it with our health. So the next time someone tells you LEDs are “THE FUTURE” Remember this Nature already designed the perfect lighting system. It rises every morning and sets every evening. Everything else is an imitation that your body has to fight against. Choose the light that supports you. Your hormones, eyes, sleep, metabolism & mood depend on it. Sun, Fire & Incandescent. There is NO other alternative.
