@_PVRCinemas : Bought 4 tickets for Ready Player One, 8pm show. Get here, informed that the show is cancelled. No message, no refund, no manager either. I never thought PVR could do this. Gurgaon Ambience 3D IMAX. This is supposed to be PVR's best experience...Shame on you, guys.

Funny story. Indigo lost my family's suitcase on arrival in Dubai. Sent a message with a Gurgaon phone number to be called for assistance, 'press IVR 5'. The thing is, the IVR only goes up to 4. :) @IndiGo6E, I can't believe this was on purpose, so maybe you want to fix it? 😕

@IDFCFIRSTBank : My windshield was replaced on 24-Jan and the FasTag destroyed. IDFC has billed me on 5-Feb for use of this FasTag at a toll. I'm wondering how many other chaps have also been ripped off. IDFC hasn't replied in over a month... written to NHAI now. They may care.

@IDFCFIRSTBank: Your customer care email doesn't address Fasttag customers, the Fasttag customer care number says the number is busy through the day, and you've blacklisted my Fasttag with 3000 rupees in it with no way to get my money back or even find out why it's blacklisted.

@_PVRCinemas: Just came out of John Wick 3 at IMAX Ambience Mall. Movie experience spoilt by your F&B delivery chaps coming and standing in front of me while delivering popcorn etc to somebody else. The other patron is watching the action sequence and I'm watching your chap. :(

@SpotifyCares: Given Spotify doesn't currently show up as a music service in Alexa for Indian users, I think you should state that very clearly rather than permitting your customers to sign up for the premium offering under the mistaken impression that it does.
