How It Works Let's say you run a cleaning service and want to require a $50 deposit for large jobs. Here's how it works: - A potential customer reaches out about a deep cleaning service - Twine's AI qualifies the lead and discusses scheduling - When it's time to book, Twine automatically explains the deposit requirement - The customer securely enters their payment information - The appointment is confirmed only after the deposit is collected - If the customer doesn't show up? I get asked a lot what my sales process for Christmas Lights is so here she is: 1. Lead submitted 2. Zap: Lead form -> 3min Delay -> @useTwine AI 3. Zap: Lead form -> Google Drive Folder Created with Customer Name 4. Twine auto creates the customer and starts engaging with them via text to lock the customer in while I'm doing the designs 5. Mockups done in Jolly Lights or HHC and placed in Google Drive Folder 6. Text customer their mockups and tell them I'll be calling in 20 minutes 7. Measure footage of the property and determine pricing. 2 options usually 8. Call the customer and explain our process and give them the price That's it, that's the juice. There's alternative processes out there but this works best for my business.
