Georgia is serving, for the 4th time, as a host of Trojan Footprint—the largest U.S. Special Operations Forces-led military exercise in Europe, which opened last week. This multinational military exercise aims to strengthen cooperation among partner nations, enhance interoperability with NATO, and improve collective readiness to support regional security. Approximately 1,000 U.S. personnel and 2,000 troops from NATO Allied and partner countries are participating in the 2026 exercise.
