No solution from either provider: @BoseService @AmazonHelp. Pathetic response! They won't even look at the various online reviews reporting the same issue. Refer to the customer review screenshots in the Alexa app for the Bose skill. Talk about an ostrich attitude!

Hey @BoseService @AmazonAlexa, I’m having persistent issues with the Bose Home 500.​ Alexa keeps requesting to "enable the Bose skill," even though it’s already active in the app. This feels like a backend sync error between both platforms.​ Please review and provide a fix!
