What's the best (and affordable) API for getting relevant emails of company stakeholders by just inputing the domain name? Starting a cold email campaign soon and it's been a while. There's heaps out there, loads of sponsored blog posts so not sure which one to trust 👀

@0xSlinger @zephyr274 what do you mean? you should be making 10-100x more money than what you pay findymail, if not then that's what you need to fix in your biz trying to save $50 or whatever on email finding is not how you're gonna scale

@NickAbraham12 The goal is not to decrease bounce, but to keep a similarly low bounce rate that doesn't affect deliverability while expanding the pool of leads you can reach out to We've sent millions of emails to such catch-all emails and got 0 domains burned due to that (but got replies)

Important info on catch-all verification: Tools that verify catch-alls but don't separate out SMTP valids vs valid catch-alls cause more bounces, not less. Here's the right play to protect deliverability:

I hate myself for becoming a Linkedin shitposter, but if you follow the formula it can really move the needle. Comment on this tweet and I'll DM you the LinkedIn meta game (I've got nothing to sell)

@pspiel85 @thecodycarnes Hey @pspiel85 , just seen this - happy to look into this for you if you're willing to share the data if you still get >3% bounce after 3 different verifications then your bounces may not come from invalid emails

@thecodycarnes That's funny, but findymail is not < 3% bounce rates. It's 3% even after running though MV and our own internal verification plus catch all scoring.

@rrmdp Use @findymail to scrape Apollo and LinkedIn. If it's not super relevant, then scrape directories or any community and enrich the emails with Findymail again 😁

Deliverability is becoming an increasing concern for people running cold email. The problem is most people don't realize why spam filters exist in the first place. They exist to prevent spam. They do not exist to prevent businesses from growing and expanding the economy. By definition spam is: irrelevant or inappropriate messages sent on the internet to a large number of recipients. Therefore if you're sending relevant messages to relevant people that are actually helpful: You are not spamming. And therefore you will not have issues with spam filters. A lot of the time the problem isn't your tech or your email infratructure. It's your inability to create a compelling offer to a compelled audience and deliver it effectively.

Free users cost us ~$13K /month🫣 Those who removed their free plan... how did it go? We currently allow users to create 1 free video before prompting them to upgrade. I believe in the idea of allowing customers a chance to "try before you buy", but I can't think of a way to cut costs in this area without eliminating the free plan altogether. Maybe it's just a necessary expense to introduce users to our service? Has anyone navigated this before?
