Nana Aba, in the past, used her platform to openly insult NDC supporters, calling Mahama names and insisting that if Akufo-Addo could not get it right, then there was no hope for Mahama. She also used her platform to campaign for the likes of Kojo Oppong Nkrumah and, in the lead-up to the 2024 elections, chose to sit on the fence. Meanwhile, here she is paying a visit to the Foreign Affairs Minister, seeking visas for her UK show from the same crop of people belonging to a party she once said was not ideal for governance. The NPP would never associate itself with any individual seen as opposing them. The NDC, however, always wants to act as a “father for all,” and that attitude could badly hurt both the party and the government. People who never believed in the party or the government should be kept far away from it, let alone have Hon. Okudzeto himself post such photos on the internet and potentially grant her a diplomatic passport! Learn now or perish later!

Dear @GCBBankPLC . If there's a way you can honor the services of the staff at adjiriganor branch , I think you should. Most importantly Maame Serwaa, Baba Ganiu and Mr Ayisi. The level of engagement, assistance and how they treated myself and my colleague as VVIPs was top notch.

Until Africa learns to value what we already have, we will continue to borrow what we think we don't have. And when we find out that what we have has been lost, we will spend what we borrowed to buy back what used to be ours- unless there is a mindset change nothing will matter.

Africa's leaders educate their children abroad and also fly there for medical care and to borrow. So why are they surprised when the ordinary masses walk across the desert and risk the high seas to go to same place? Aren't the leaders showing followers our salvation lies abroad?

As our leaders talk about a future where Africa is at par with those countries our youth run to, may we remind them, that dreams do not materialise automatically and that those who run at the same pace and in the same track as those ahead of them should not expect to catch up.

We may feel good with abundant wealth and proud to have our arms adorned with gold whilst being carried shoulder high in a village with no water, power or hospital and whose gold is owned by foreigners. So far as we cherish greed and pomposity, we will overlook our insignificance

Lagos land size is 3,577 km squared; Singapore is 728 km squared. So just Lagos, one of Africa's leading commercial hubs, is about 5x the size of Singapore but Singapore's contribution to global trade is about 6% and that of all of Africa is 2%. Are our leaders not ashamed ?
