@IRCTCofficial @DrmChennai While booking a ticket in irctc website, there is a checkbox which states that book only when confirm berth is allotted. This function did not work for me. Tickets got booked wrongly and I lost Rs. 800 cancelling it. Please help.

@vasanthradonco Battery car is accessible only to PF 1 to 4. Passengers can call 9003061958 for any assistance. If train is received on PF 4, battery can be arranged. But wheel chair can be arranged if received on other platform for which they have to pay charges to Sahayaks.
