@bookingcom just received a WhatsApp message suggesting they were from the hotel I've recently booked as for card details. I've not told anyone where I have booked, how did they know? I messaged the hotel via your app, they say it wasn't them. Very concerned!

@ssencommunity Ok, but can't you be transparent and advise what the current turn around is. Understand your busy, but not giving a realistic timeline makes it difficult to plan.

@ssencommunity Ok but my submission has been over 2 months, so way beyond the 10 days you mention.

@vaughan_rees Due to the large influx in applications relating to microgeneration, this has affected our usual 10 working day turnaround for contact from our team. Our team are working as hard as they can to get back to all enquiries as soon as possible.

@vaughan_rees @UKRunChat I use a brand called Samson they are Lancashire based but have an Ebay shop, I usually get 3 pairs at a time for about £27, keep there shape, comfortable and hard wearing..

@UKRunChat #ukrunchat community, advise needed on cold weather running please. I wear shorts all year round, but people tell me I should keep my muscles warm, what do people think about calf compressions or higher socks? Is it true you can cause injury from the cold?

@vaughan_rees @UKRunChat Unfortunately I do suffer badly in the cold, due to blood thinners, so if really cold wear leggings, but this week it has not been too cold so braved shorts but with knee length compression socks, I find they help with circulation
