Very disappointed in @Hilton & @HiltonHonors. After 10+ years of loyalty for business & personal travel, I called to extend my Diamond Status. Unfortunately, no luck! The best they could do was fast-path me if I stayed 18 nights in the next 3 months. #CustomerServiceFail

Thanks for nothing @thehomedepot!!! My 18 mo old Toro lawn mower would not start. Apparently they said I did not put oil in the engine. Hmm...I am meticulous with my engines. The CS Rep when I told him that said, "We do not take the word of customers". Warranty voided.
