This is the first time I have tried a firmware update to the device after purchase. If there was any problem with device it is a manufacturing defect. Since from retweets I understand that the versa lite has lot of issues in firmware update. It is turning out to be my bad choice.

There is no replacement it is out of warranty. It is just 1.5 years old. 😒

fitbit complaint # 38361637 windows 10 usb recovery is not working for my versa lite. Device is not able to detect. This must be a simple driver issue which the support team gave up as no option no warranty. Not asking any replacement here only recovery

@FitbitIN @fitbit @FitbitSupport This is pathetic state of an market leading fitness accessory company. They simply failed in updating the firmware of a 1.5 year old versa lite and the device is bricked. There is no contact service point. Pathetic service. Stay away from FitBit.
