The instinct to fix it fast is the very instinct that guarantees you will not even make it to the next round. x.com/i/article/2081…

@todayyearsold Are there any tetra or pentachromats out there that can see what we can't?

This might be the craziest animal fact i’ve ever learned
Puppies & Positivity@Puppieslover
Tigers look orange to humans because we are trichromats, but they appear green to deer and wild boars because they are dichromats.

Game theory explains why working harder inside a broken system is the worst response to that system. Because a system is never truly broken. It's just producing exactly the outcomes its own incentive structures were designed to produce, whether intentional or not. Working harder inside this system increases your output in the payoff matrix, but it simply won't change the actual structure of the system's matrix. Thus, the correct response is not more effort. Instead, you must aim to identify whose interests the current structure serves and position yourself in favor of those interests rather than against them. Change the game, or play the game that is actually being played. Either way, you must stop optimizing for the game you wish it to be and start acting realistically.

@BowTiedHRT Currently 52. Just started six months ago. Consistent weight training, diet, and sleep. HRT and 1 or 2 peptides. More energy and focus in things that matter: family, fitness, work, and hobbies.

I’ll be 55 in 383 days.
Strength goals are:
605+ deadlift and a 2 plate strict OHP by that day at 185lbs.
Squat and Bench are not priorities but I don’t skip leg days and chest work is for aesthetics for the most part.
Pretty sure I can get the deadlift relatively easily if I program accordingly. The OHP is going to be the difficult one.
I will surely report/record my victory or lack thereof right here on X.

A strong man at 55 is rare because most men quit at 35 and call it adulthood. Be the rare one. GO TRAIN.

@SkySportsF1 That is 100 mts per hour, in a sport where milliseconds define winners

@BiohackerJake Currently MWF, but thinking about switching to EOD since I am experimenting a higher dose 👍
English

I’ve run TRT several different ways over the years.
Twice a week, Monday-Wednesday-Friday, every day, and my current EOD protocol (which is obviously close to M/W/F). With EOD, the biggest drawback is not having set days, but it does feel more even than true M/W/F.
We all know the half-life is long, so there’s endless debate about frequency. Not here to argue that. What I will say is that more frequent administration — especially once the dose climbs — usually leads to a better overall experience.
My favorite for the balance of effectiveness and convenience has been EOD, which is what I’m running now.
That said, I’ve never had bloodwork issues on any of these protocols.
I felt the best on every day dosing. EOD sits just slightly behind it.If I increase the dose any further (which is likely) or start adding other compounds that raise injection volume (which is certain), I’ll switch back to every day. It was a bit smoother and makes managing volume easier.

Modern luxury is the ability to live quietly. No drama. No noise. No pretending to be someone you are not. Just living low-key. Reading. Thinking. Listening to music. Staring at walls. Going for walks. Watching old movies. Being bored. Working on your purpose. And feeling life deeply. That is peace.

Seriously, you need to listen to Baroque music.
It is the pinnacle of music achievement.
Start with Telemann.
Then Vivaldi, Bach, Handel, and Purcell.
Then Monteverdi to understand the transition from Renaissance to Baroque.
Then Hadyn to understand the transition from Baroque to Classical.
Veracini to add some spontaneity.
Pachelbell to add some serenity.
This will undoubtedly improve the quality of your life in every way imaginable.
In 3 years, come back and thank me for improving your life by imparting this wisdom to you.
You’re welcome in advance. ❤️

This is something not many people understand.
If you want to escape 9-5, you are going to have to show exceptional level of competency and industriousness in your 9-5.
You can't escape 9-5 by hating your 9-5.
You need to remain unemotional, detached and give your 100% in your 9-5,
Then go home and work on your side project that will help you escape your job.
Men who hate 9-5 and justify their complacency by saying its a slave job, are in actual fact,
pathetic and incompetent.
You will never get anywhere in life if you operate at your 'ideal' capacity.
You will never get anywhere with an attitude of "9-5 is slave work that makes the boss rich".
Enter your 9-5 with an attitude of "how can I increase the business revenue"
and watch yourself grow.

Be boring. Don't chase trends. Don't follow opinions. Do your own thing. Things that feels right in your heart. Wake up early. Go for walks without music. Read books that takes weeks to finish. Watch old films nobody talks about. Music that's rare. Build a private, unimpressive life that makes you deeply happy. A slow life that feels like your own. That's all that matters.
