Here is my story. I have been overweight and diabetic for many years. My brother recently died of prostate cancer. One of my sisters has a rare form of cancer, and I had a bladder cancer scare as well. I decided that wealth without health was a dumb choice. I worked with @ManganCoaching to establish a lifestyle change. It isn't just about diet. It is about changing the way you live. Now for the first time in 40 years I feel like I don't have to lose weight and am focused on optimizing my health. I'm working on gaining muscle and longevity in general. I set up an account @JDePorre Healthy&Wealthy to track my progress and hopefully encourage others. I greatly regret not doing this earlier. I'll be 70 years old on August 9
