@Michelle_CRUK please can you advise how we get an answer about money donated to Cancer Research UK in memory of my Mum last year that went missing. It has been going on for far too long and nobody is providing us with answers.
@CR_UK@Michelle_CRUK The information has all been provided, another day goes by & no answers to what happened dating back to May 2024. Was the cash ever received and why did the cheques go missing. This should be a straight forward question to be able to answer. The funeral directors have receipts.
@EmiratesSupport very poor service no info, no staff available for five hours in departure lounge to then be told flight EK010 is cancelled. Letter saying the flight will be rescheduled today hotel saying you’re here at least until tomorrow. Nobody giving any info extremely poor.

@MicrosoftXbox impossible to talk to anyone website sends you round in loops and asks you put in number for call back and then says unavailable. Please advise how to follow up missing delivery????
@janeychappers@TUIUK Always booked with Tui and this is how we’re being treated. I totally understand we are in unprecedented times but surely the fairest way is to refund in date order not discriminating between booked in store v online! Come on @TUIUK this isn’t how to repay loyal customers.
