@pbecchi Il Superbonus nei fatti è stato un modo per regalare denaro a chi già ne aveva. È stato un grande evento speculativo per chi se lo poteva permettere.

Sul superbonus Le tante vostre osservazioni alla domanda posta nel post precedente richiedono una risposta comune. Come tutti sanno di economia capisco poco, ma, ecco, l’idea che ci troviamo nella merda a causa del superbonus a me non convince, anche se il modo in cui è stato utilizzato è certo stato fallimentare e ha provocato grossi danni. Ma facciamo un po’ di storia. Il superbonus è stato mantenuto da Draghi, perché è furbo e sapeva che bloccandolo avrebbe generato un impatto negativo nell'economia, visto che avrebbe bloccato la crescita economica che il superbonus stimolava. Ma doveva bloccare la cedibilità dei crediti d'imposta perché era emissione di moneta fiscale da parte dello Stato, nel pieno rispetto delle norme europee, ma la cosa avveniva senza indebitarsi con i mercati finanziari e questo per Draghi era certo il pericolo maggiore. Per il compito eseguito alla perfezione, Draghi è stato premiato con il "World Statesman Award" a New York il 23 settembre 2022 dal rabbino Arthur Schneier, fondatore e presidente della Appeal of Conscience Foundation. Il superbonus ha iniziato di fatto a funzionare nel 2021 e Mario Draghi è diventato Presidente del Consiglio il 13 febbraio 2021, quindi avrebbe potuto bloccarlo subito e invece ha preferito lasciarlo, bloccandone solo la cedibilità, che era il suo vero problema, essendo uomo chiamato a fare gli interessi della grande finanza globale. Questo gli ha permesso di beneficiare dell'1,4% di aumento del PIL e di 5-600mila nuovi occupati, facendo bella figura nel 2021-2022. Nel 2023 ne ha beneficiato come immagine anche Meloni. Giorgetti poi lo ha voluto mettere nel deficit contabile degli anni precedenti 2020-2021-2022, in modo da non averlo come deficit durante il suo mandato, sapendo che come debito pubblico il superbonus rimaneva spalmato su 5 anni, ma avendolo completamente bloccato, ha perso i benefici che il superbonus genera nei primi anni di emissione. Chi è causa del suo mal pianga se stesso. Oggi se si vuole cercare un mezzo contro la recessione verso cui stiamo andando incontro non resta che ritornare ai crediti fiscali cedibili, ma non per far rifare le facciate ai palazzi dei ricchi borghesi bensì per investire negli ospedali, nelle scuole, nelle infrastrutture, ecc. nel pubblico insomma e non nel privato. Ripeto, io non ne so molto di queste cose ma c’è un gruppo di ricercatori che si chiama “Moneta positiva” che ha elaborato un interessante progetto e che spero intervenga nel dibattito che ho cercato di aprire qui, visto che al momento - essendo io , come tutti sanno, pagato dai russi per quello che scrivo - non ho altre possibilità.
