@GooglePlay I'm disappointed with the handling of a recent refund request. Support person told me she was helpless that the policy was not to refund. This is a for an app that I paid to buy a premium lifetime license two months ago and the app has disappeared from the store.

@GooglePlay Yes, I did have a chat interaction and saved the chat transcript from the session. I was promised the developer’s email ID but didn’t hear after.
