@makemytrip It has been 4 months of contant frustration and still I havent gotten the refund which was raised by me. I can not call to customer care, neither the website opens my booking anymore (booking id: INB1605538726503) .

Thanks for causing the immens frustration.this is the last warning and then I am taking this case to the court.

@makemytrip The frustration continues since past one month, absolute garbage service and bunch of crap people behind customer support. This is the best support you can get (screenshot). The bots are everywhere mocking you and repeating the mindless words.

@makemytrip So after filling the webform with my concern I got a call from a number, for split second and got auto disconnected and mmt says we tried reaching you but could not get connected. I live in Germany and my time is money, thanks for wasting huge chunk of my time!!!

Also, while booking I took insurance for which I see no informations. Neither I can download my invoice. Please help and save me the frustration asap!!

@makemytrip After lots of frustration I got my confirmation of tickets, after it my Domestic Vistara flight got delayed and now my connecting flight is at risk: Booking ID: IN1B1605538726503, I want a full refund for my onward Journey! This is worst service from you.

@makemytrip I tried to book my domestic flight ticket yesterday with Makemytrip from Ranchi to Bhopal. I did it using the guest account. Did not get any confirmation apart from attached screenshot. No confirmation mails or sms yet. There is absolutely no way I can connect to cc.
