@amazonIN @AmazonHelp Big fraud I ordered towel hanger with set of 2 with prepaid but delivered only 1 I opted for return because of quantity and quality issue. but to my surprise return is picked up but on Amazon account it is showing pending. The app and customer care sucks.

@TheDeltinLife I had a booking for 13th folks at Deltin Royal Goa on 30th Dec. Due to operational issue my flight is cancelled and I will not be able to make it up on 30th Dec. I requested reschedule for 2nd Jan. Can this be taken as an exception as unforeseen circumstances ?
