@IndiGo6E While cancelling the ticket, I couldn't find a single place where @IndiGo6E provided guidance on how to get the cancellation charges refunded. Infact I felt that only proportionate refund I am getting because of the policy. This is equal to a fraud and hiding the facts

Hey @IndiGo6E why should someone raise a separate claim with insurance company to get the refund of cancellation charges? Why can't a claim can initiated directly once someone cancelled the ticket. Also, there are no instructions on claims after cancellation confirmation.

@IndiGo6E I understand that but in this digital world Indigo should automatically forward the eligible cases for claim or atleast provide steps to proceed with the claims. Don't you take commission on the policies sold from your platform?

Staff is arbitrarily closing tickets & forcing prepaid meter, while postpaid meter is not provided. Reopen all complaints immediately & resolve.

@PuVVNLHQ @PUVVNLPRTAPGARH This is unacceptable. Complaints are being closed without resolution just to avoid TAT breach. Customers are being misled by opening new complaints instead of resolving the original. Keep my complaint open until it is fully resolved. Repeated closure & registration not a solution
