One of the biggest enhancers of personal well-being is overcoming difficult challenges. Some in the "well-being" movement want to insulate people from this. Pressure is going nowhere; we can't avoid it. However, we do need to provide tools for people to navigate it successfully

The @takasocials_usa anaylsis gives amazing detail to players about how impactful their performance was on the match outcome- where, when and how they made impact during the match. I also have expertise in supporting the wellbeing of players within a mentally-health environment
