I'm incredibly grateful to have been trusted with building out Cohere's post-training capabilities -- from our first Command Nightly models that topped the HELM leaderboard, to Command R+, a best-in-class open-weight model that placed us firmly alongside OpenAI, Google and Anthropic, and our enterprise-ready flagship Command A breaking new ground on multilingual agentic capabilities. It has been a privilege building and working alongside an absolutely world-class team. I am at the famous Semma NYC, and I am here to report that for me it is highly underwhelming from every angle, including service.
Instead of struggling & failing to get a table at Semma, just invite yourself over to a South Indian friend’s house for 10x better food, guaranteed.

Jfk continues to be the worst place to fly out off. No tsa pre lines. The tsa agents are super disinterested and slow. Tray was sitting for over 5 mins before someone even took a look. One manager agent walked past 6-7 times visbily doing nothing but would not help the team out and speed up the process.
