@upsrtcazm @UPSRTCHQ I took another Janrath of Ballia depot ... how that was allowed? Also more than 25 busses of route Azamgarh to Lucknow paased in front of me in 2 hours of waiting. How they entered? And Why i was not informed earlier? Last.. when will i receive my refund of ticket?

आज शाम लखीमपुर से बनारस के लिए मेरी बस थी। कल बनारस में डॉक्टर के साथ अपॉइंटमेंट था, मगर @UPSRTCHQ ने बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के बस कैंसल कर दी। जाने कितने लोगों को मेरी तरह असुविधा हुई होगी और अभी तक कैंसलेशन का न कोई मैसेज आया है, न रिफंड का कुछ पता है। @Ashokkatariya9 @armlkm

Pathetic service @UPSRTCHQ I booked a bus (janarath)on 21st October to go to Farrukhabad on 2nd Nov. Reached at Isbt Anand Vihar waiter 2 hours to board the bus but got to know from the enquiry counter that the bus I was waiting for has been cancelled.
