@AxisBankSupport So dissatisfied with your support.. i asked to cancel my credit card on 26 sep and I still have no reply. Also, you were supposed to refund the annual fees but there is no update there as well... now due date is 9th Oct and I haven't got any reply on my refund.

@ACTFibernet Just horrible customer service you guys have.. you don't even read the email and close the tickets..os your customer service working with bots. I have raised the ticket 4 times and it has automatically been closed without reply.

@British_Airways I took a BA flight from San Jose to Delhi and got a broken baggage.. I have complained about it but you have conveniently forwarded the responsibility to TSA.. this is really bad service... you are responsible for the baggage damage but are not compensating.
