$BTC swing short setup
I took a short on another smaller account of mine around 64.5k would love to add more if it goes above 67k but for now it’s trading below 66k which is the important level to break
Again a public bet
Let’s hope I win this time too
My targets are below 55k in the range of sub 50s
Time would be 2-3 months
Started with 0.5 BTC it’s the only trade running on this account

@valueclarity @Portfolio_Bull The is no point of saving tax here... The point is proving aource of funds... No problem in pying tax if your balck money can be converted into white money with proper proof of source of funds
English

@Portfolio_Bull But they need to pay tax on that profit.
As that income is treated as business income and need to charge under the income tax act.
English

A businessman had around ₹1 Crore black money.
If this cash gets noticed by Income Tax, jail & penalties are fixed.
Then he got a “smart” idea..
He organised a singer + dance event.
Reality :
• Around 500 tickets were actually sold.
But on papers :
• 2000 tickets were shown as sold.
The money from those “extra 1500 fake tickets” became officially recorded event income.
And whatever money was spent on organising the event was recovered through ticket prices & sponsors.
Black money ➝ Event income ➝ White money
English

@srigopal_hyd @getkoinx Lol.. u r wrong... Futures or spot loss in VDA trades is not allwed to offset check with better CA
English

@getkoinx Your example is wrong if we trade in spot what you are saying is right
If we trade in futures loss can be adjusted
English

"How much did you make in crypto this year?"
₹20,000.
"How much tax do you owe?"
₹30,000.
"How is that possible?"
Section 115BBH.
"What does that mean?"
Your loss doesn't count.
EXPLANATION 👇
In India 🇮🇳 If you make ₹1,00,000 profit on BTC,
You get taxed at 30%
Now, if you lose ₹80,000 on ETH,
You cannot offset your losses like stocks (zero relief for crypto losses)
Your net profit is: ₹100K - ₹80K = ₹20K
But you owe ₹30K in taxes (cuz you sold BTC)
So now you’re in a ₹10K loss
:)

@IndianYogi41 @multibaggerwala Borrowed money should be only invested in (1) Real Estate (2) Large Cap companies or nifty 50 that too smartly when market have crashed more thn 20% not when its at ATH (3) Bitcoin only after minimum 50-60% drop from ATH safer after 70%+ drop
English

@IndianYogi41 @multibaggerwala Lol r u even reading tweets? You are not borrowing directly first you are opening FD which gives you approx 7% interest. Than you are borrowing against that FD which charge you 1% extra So basically you are borrowing at only 1% So your loan interest is paid by your FD interest
English

My friend Ganesh had ₹1Cr,
which he parked in a 1-year bank FD at ~7% p.a.
After a few weeks,
he borrowed ₹75L (75% of the FD) at 9% p.a.
(FD rate + 2%).
He invested that ₹75L in silver averaging ~15%.
In one year the ₹75L earned about ₹11.25L,
costing him ₹6.75L interest,
while his FD paid ₹7L. Net,
he made roughly ₹11.5L on ₹1Cr in 1 year.
Moral: Borrowing against safe deposits (like FDs)
and investing in higher-return assets
creates an interest-arbitrage profit.
English

@IndianYogi41 @multibaggerwala But yes you are also not wrong Investing with borrowed money can be dangerou but if you play SMART CALM AND PATIENT THN YOU CAN MANAGE
So basically borrowed money should not be invested in anything which can go to zero and never recover like most of altcoins or peny stocks
English

@IndianYogi41 @multibaggerwala Any kind of loan you borrow against Your FD is charged only 1 or 2% more than watever you earn on FD .. so basically you are borrowing at only 1 or 2%
So watever Investment you make if your investment is growing more than 2% than you basically making money on borrowed money
English

@IndianYogi41 @multibaggerwala So basically AS long as Your FD is there there Your interest on loan is Paid by the interest u earned on your FD so you get enough time even if Silver goes down after you buy .. sooner or later silver is going to rise and you will make profit But i prefer BTC over gold or silver
