I’ve had great customer service from @AmericanAir on my last couple of flights, even though I have no status and was flying on Basic Economy tickets. Keep on doing what you’re doing AA!

Another @SouthwestAir assigned seating #fail on my MKE-PHX flight. Wasn’t a full flight, but somehow I ended up in a middle seat next to the person in the window seat, even though there wasn’t anyone in the aisle seat.

Didn’t realize today was the first day of assigned seating on @SouthwestAir. Only 50 people on this flight and of course they managed to fill all 3 seats in my row. The couple sitting next to me asked if they could move after everyone boarded and were denied. #fail

@ExpediaHelp @Expedia @ExpediaHelp is not honoring that I cancelled flight within 24 hour cancellation period after booking and accusing that I didn't even attempt to cancel when I've shown them browser history that I went through process. And not even trying to figure out what happened.
