@MyntraSupport: I had almost INR 2500 myntra credit accumulated due to returns / exchanges. Today when I tried using the credit, it shows that all of it expires. This is appalling as this was my own money and not something I had won as a bonus. Pls help! 🙏

@AmazonHelp Sorry, but this doesn't help since the delivery guy has marked the item as "rejected" and therefore, the app shows refund initiated, whereas I need the items as I never rejected them.

@amazonIN: There's a better way to meet delivery SLAs than just calling the customer and saying "attempted delivery, but couldn't reach the customer". This is such a sham, pls look into this. Doesn't help the customer or the company
