@Trip you have a self transfer policy which clearly states that bookings combined with different airlines, will receive a full refund or free rebooking of flights due to change in any flight on the itinerary. 1/3

@Trip, You are the worst travel agency. My flight was cancelled, your team kept on reassuring me that they’ll book an alternative flight, took 9 days, came with apology and now asking me to cancel the existing and rebook which will cost me shit load of money considering situation in middle east. Highly recommend not to go with this if you care for your money. Customer service doesn’t help and they made it so difficult to connect with senior staff. @airinda
