@MartinSLewis Great show last night, made me think about my finances especially as M&S are closing my current a/c. Shall I pay some off my mortgage and is there any benefit to leaving a little bit outstanding on the balance in case of remortgaging or extra borrowing?

@virginmedia hahaha so I'm having problems with my phone because of the thickness of my walls and I should take all my phone calls outside - that's your solution? It's a joke right????

@virginmedia are you deliberately causing me stress by not even trying to rectify my issues? Numerous calls (and hold times) and a 5 hour text chat and this morning back at square one. I'm a new customer from October and have had issues (that I've reported) from the outset.

@Cath_Kidston are you recommending customers do a chargeback request via their bank as you so blatantly aren't dealing with the email requests and are just cutting people off on the telephone?! It's unnecessary stress we don't need.

@Cath_Kidston have just logged a second request as you've now taken my money but you put a cancel on my shoe order and never contacted me regarding this. It's not fair taking money and not sending goods. Your credibility is diminishing rapidly. I won't order again.

@micklesb any chance you could do an article on the new Chocolatellie shop that's opened today on Packers Row (opposite Oxfam). New business in Chesterfield should be applauded when so many shops stand empty.

@marksandspencer Thanks Hannah. As a M&S size 14 long for many a while I honestly didn't think I would be unable to find one pair in store. In fact, there wasn't any long sized trousers in store at all let along looking for a specific size. Please can this be addressed. Thanks.

@marksandspencer Tried to do my bit for the high street today and not online shopping. The Chesterfield store had not one pair of long trousers. Very very disappointed. Plenty of petit range, short and regular, but what about us taller folk M&S?? Any comments?

@TUIUKcares Thanks Jo. I appreciate that the wind with the doors was an issue but you lost a sale from me today and I really felt quiet perturbed at the seeming ignorance of the staff who were not looking at delivering a customer focused experience as they didn't let customers in the store.

@TUIUK @TUIUKcares Chesterfield store had door locked today due to wind with a sign saying to knock to be let in. Knocked, waited. Knocked again, waited.Tried door, staff inside looked at me like I was something on the bottom of their shoe. Left and went elsewhere! Thoughts Tui?

@MartinSLewis My mum used to love them & she'd have those & I'd have Parma voilets. Her & my dad still have Horlicks every night before bed but she told me today that she thinks they've changed the formula recently. If you could also mention that when asking for the tablets return please.

Does anyone remember horlicks tablets, they used to sell them in Boots when I was a kid. Are they still sold anywhere?

@Morrisons How can I do that. I can't buy it because it's been withdrawn..... If you look on your own website you can see the product and "out of stock" displayed but the product information is no longer available.

@pitcherandpiano I'm sure that your new Sheffield location is just suffering from teething problems, but It's currently empty and I was looking at the fridges and was completely ignored by your staff. My money obviously isn't good enough so I've given it to JDWetherspoon.
