Defective product & pathetic service by @VoltasBeko! Bought RSB585XPE fridge for ₹54,500. Already paid ₹10,000 for repairs but still NO COOLING! Now service center is giving absurd excuses to "keep a fan running near the fridge".

@VoltasBeko It's really pathetic service from the Voltas Authorization dealer. Voltas don't have rat repellent system , when service engineers make site visit, he said panel is not working due to Rat bite( said it wuld n't cover under warranty) but he has charged me for fuse.
