@DPDgroup_news Why dont you have a customer chat service on website? Its been a week since my parcel was shipped, and I need to know why I haven't received it? And dont tell me to track it, I have done it. It doesnt show anything!

@British_Airways Delivery order was initiated on Saturday evening. You lose baggage on saturday but BA doesn't use courier service which works on saturday. You need to look into your baggage repatriation policy.

@British_Airways I was so impressed with the ground staff at mumbai and in air staff in flight BA138 Mumbai to london. It was a busy flight and they all worked hard yet remained courteous. Only to land n realise my baggage hasn't arrived! Almost a perfect service 🤦‍♀️

@British_Airways Even on monday it says it will be picked up at 13:30! I suppose after that they ll want to take s break and not deliver it today as well!! Absolute rubbish!
