@SwiggyCares 1st Swiggy agent committed a refund & closed the chat. Another agent agreed that he was an employee & easily said it was his mistake & showed no interest in listening to the customer. Clear takeaway: Swiggy’s commitments are not binding & can change at convenience

@SwiggyCares Multiple agents,multiple stories. One agent confirmed ₹250 refund&closed chat. Then ₹141 refund initiated. Another agent says she see tomato & 110 assigned to half kg tomato. Then she calls and says “we can’t help that you recd one right item” 🤣
