@mateusjatenee Initailly lots of pain iradiated to the leg, now almost none, a couple of episodes per month, but way less pain thought.

Anyone I know had success in rehabbing their back? Been having a sharp pain on the right iliac crest for 7 months now. Trying deficit RDLs and back extensions to see if I feel any improvements. No pain on squats or SLDLs. Deadlifting hurts a lot though. Also pain doing some movements (e.g. twisting to the opposite side, bending to pick something up, etc)

@mateusjatenee Every other session in the warmup, at least twice a week. A lot of core also. Pain still occurs sometimes but intenseity has decreased a lot. Been like 6 months since I herniated 2 lumbar disks

Most devs (+ managers, CTOs, etc.) don't realize that the cost of rewriting their messy legacy codebase from the ground up w/ modern tools is probably much lower than they think. Maintaining & adding features to existing tech debt will likely cost more in the long run.

I just realized something about new Laravel starter kits. Whenever I see someone asking for a more SIMPLE starter kit, I'm tempted to recommend @filamentphp right away. It uses default Laravel Auth, with login/register and adminpanel function/design. Or am I oversimplifying?
