Until recently, Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter were green card holders living lavishly in the United States. Afshar is the niece of deceased Iranian Major General Qasem Soleimani. She is also an outspoken supporter of the Iranian regime who celebrated attacks on Americans and referred to our country as the "Great Satan." This week, I terminated both Afshar and her daughter's legal status and they are now in ICE custody, pending removal from the United States. The Trump Administration will not allow our country to become a home for foreign nationals who support anti-American terrorist regimes.

Happy Easter! Christ is risen and he is King. He is victorious, the resurrection is literal. Jesus walked and ate with his disciples after his resurrection, even prepared a meal of bread and fish by the Sea of Galilee. Enjoy this day, it is the day of glory, proof the messiah ensures the salvation of those who have faith in him.
We will not shy away from the faith, none of us are perfect but we can have faith, we can ask for forgiveness. We can be grateful for such a profound act of mercy and grace by God, to give his only son on a cross in such an excruciating way, for our sins. So some may not experience the torture of eternal damnation. God bless you all, God bless America, Godspeed!
