A Kenyan by the name Elias Wekesa has taken Safaricom to court, and every Kenyan should pay attention. He says Safaricom deactivated his line after it stayed inactive for a few months, then reassigned it to another person. When he tried using it again, he was met with a shock. The number was gone. Worse, he says he could no longer receive OTPs from his bank and other platforms tied to that number. This case matters because it touches every Kenyan. Because your phone number is no longer just a number. It is tied to your bank account. Your email. Your work accounts. Your private life. The moment that number is handed to someone else, the risks begin. OTPs can go elsewhere. Recovery codes can land in another person’s hands. Account alerts can reach a stranger. That person is not just holding a SIM card. They may be holding access to parts of your digital life. And if they have bad intentions, the damage can be immediate. And for families who have lost loved ones, it cuts even deeper. A parent’s number. A sibling’s number. A loved one’s number. One day, it holds memories. The next day, it belongs to a stranger. This is why Safaricom must be forced to create stronger safeguards before reassigning numbers. Because in today’s world, a phone number is not disposable. It is identity. And identity should never be reassigned without protection.

@Chapeeye @UTDRussell Let’s see if Nagelsmann will win the WC. You’ll be the same guys to call for his sacking at ManUtd if he finishes below 6 in the PL.

It’s nothing against carrick but he’s not the right man for United, he’s too inexperienced and I think Man Utd need to look at what’s happened at Chelsea because I think next season will be a different story because the players won’t be playing with a new manger bounce and Carrick had never been tested here at Man Utd with results and having to exclude players which aren’t part of the plan, my opinion we have to go for Nagelsmann as he’s open to joining us and so much more experienced and has worked under this football model before

If you really think this guy is the man for the job… you just hate this club 😭 Since Carrick came in, United have had lower xG in every single game played. We’re going backwards.

@Chapeeye @UTDRussell Maresca is highly rated at City, while he struggled at Chelsea. He’s the next boss at City. So, how do you analyse that by using “what happened at Chelsea.” Was the issue about the squad at Chelsea or the coach?

Amorim is gone and now we’ve been linked with big name player that will only help in selling club shirt It’s all busines and no love for D club. I’m pretty sure Amorim was behind 80% of our signing last summer bcuz those board has no clue. We’ll wait to see how this summer goes.

🚨🗣 - Andy Mitten on Aurelien Tchouameni to Man Utd: "My understanding for a couple of months has been that it is POSSIBLE. "I'm not saying it will happen, but to my knowledge, he's the only player in Spain who Man Utd have been looking at."

Amorim will be the most wanted manager this summer. Most clubs want managers who have the ability in building clubs and when it comes to that he’s a champion. All he needs is a board who believes in the process and will allow him do things his own way to get the best out of the team.

🚨🎙️ David Beckham speaks on Aurélien Tchouaméni link to Manchester United: 🗣️ “Manchester United signing Aurélien Tchouaméni would just feel like wasting another £70m after Manuel Ugarte — this is giving João Neves vs Ugarte all over again. And let’s be real, Tchouaméni can never be another Casemiro. If the deal goes through and Manchester United pay £70m, watch Madrid use that money to sign Sandro Tonali or Elliot Anderson. Both are already Premier League proven — so why not go for them instead? United should also understand that for Real Madrid to want to sell Tchouaméni at 26, there must be a reason… and I don’t think it’s a good one.”

@Bossyator ROI in a fixed asset like property is way off. In addition, you can't own more than 20% of core capital in buildings. This is regulated so that banks can stick to financial services. During liquidation, disposal of property is very difficult.

What do you mean, Safaricom, KCB, Equity, NCBA and most of the big companies rent all the buildings where they set up their branches. Why aren't they buying off these buildings btw, I thought it would be cheaper?

Players backing the manager in interviews is normal. No issue there. Simplifies things. Plays to strengths. Cool. Sounds nice. But here’s the problem. When you don’t have a real system or clear patterns, you’re living on borrowed time. The moment opponents figure out your key players, everything collapses at once. And it never takes long. We’ve seen this movie before. Different squads. Different managers. Same script. One week you look fluid. Next week everyone is bumping into each other like it’s their first training session. Even the manager starts looking confused on the touchline. A proper system gives you control. You can tweak a few patterns and still get the same results. That’s sustainability. Right now? It’s vibes FC. And vibes are great… until the WiFi cuts off. It’s easy to talk when you’re winning and nobody has figured you out yet. The real test starts after that. That’s when the apologies start flying. Carrick needs structure. Not just freedom. Because “vibes and inshallah” football gives you quick wins… and even quicker reality checks. And when it hits? We might actually look worse than we did under Amorim.

🚨🗣️ Thomas Tuchel: “I haven't changed my mind [on Maguire], but I see other players I like to start for us, I see other players AHEAD with a different profile. “I see Konsa ahead. I see Guehi ahead. It's NO secret. I see Trevoh Chalobah, on the level of mobility, was slightly ahead of him. “Also Stones, but he had injuries so he [Maguire] needed to come in camp. I needed to meet him in person to see how he acts within the group. “It will be interesting now to see how he acts within the group. He will stay with us. He has an asset that can also be super-important in a tournament, in knockout football, in defending a lead and chasing a game with crosses and long throw-ins and set-pieces.  “I got exactly what I thought [against Uruguay]. Solid, solid central-defender play. That's what he does. Very good on the ball, very calm, strong in the air and the weapon for set-pieces.” #MUFC [@CraigHope_DM]
