@Wright_T_J @AsyaShavrova Tim is right in asking this. Also, why does Iran need 60% HEU? What’s the civil application? Just because you have a theoretical right to do stupid things doesn’t mean you should do stupid things. It is hard to understand why Iran thought enriching past 3.67%, or 20%, was useful.
