How incredibly brave of ITV to tackle this subject now that the government which oversaw this scandal is long out of office. This could have had enormous impact…three years ago.

@EpochOfWhat @caitoz Except that never happened. Illegal settlements in occupied Gaza were closed but quite the opposite increased ever rapidly in the West Bank, wholly supported by the IOF.

Except Israel tried to agree a two-state solution and even gave full control of Gaza and the West Bank to the Palestinians, forcibly removing Jews from those areas, and how did the Palestinians react? Did they sit down and enter peace talks? No, they continued with their efforts to try and wipe Israel from existence. There's a reason the majority of the Arab world doesn't support them.

Westerner: I support a two-state solution. Israel: There will never be a Palestinian state. Westerner: Okay then I support a one-state solution where everyone has equal rights. Israel: You're calling for an end to the Jewish state you monster. Westerner: Alright then I support the Palestinian resistance. Israel: That's supporting terrorism. You are Hamas and we can legally murder you. Westerner: Well can I at least support a permanent ceasefire to end the genocide? Israel: [cocks pistol] What did I just tell you about supporting Hamas? Westerner: Okay then, I support Palestinians living as a permanent underclass until they can be slowly salami sliced out of existence as a people. Israel: Getting warmer. Westerner: I support removing all Palestinians from their historic homeland via ethnic cleansing or extermination before the end of Donald Trump's presidential term. Israel: [puts away gun] That's more like it.

@stockypig @carolecadwalla Whoosh! We were all calling for PPE, of course we were. The point here is that instead of sourcing it through reputable suppliers they simply gave contracts to contacts who mostly cynically took our money for themselves and us for fools.
