@Mango is there a problem with processing online return requests? Have tried two days in a row and get a message saying “your request has not been completed, we are working to fix the error, please try in a few minutes” so I can’t process my return?
@HalifaxBank how are you running a business when there is only one person dealing with enquiries in your Sutton branch. No better time to visit I’ve been informed as there is often only one person. Really disappointing service with no other alternative option

@wallbo Hi Helen, yes you can apply if you only have the receipt. If you are asked for your ticket number and don't have it, you can use 0's to the required amount of digits. This should then allow you to continue and upload a picture of your receipt. ^Jo
@SouthernRailUK hi, how do I claim delay repay when I no longer have my ticket (it went into your machines) and only have the receipt? It doesn’t seem to be an option on the website?
