@TUIUK I have had an email since 30/3/20 saying that I am due to get a refund and was told that would be within 4 weeks. I trust that means a refund is imminent and not a credit note thus extending the period I have to wait.

@TUIUK Cyprus has now placed the UK in catagory 2, which states that you have to self isolate for 14 days on arrival. This makes a nonsense of going on a holiday to be coupled up in a room, what are TUI intentions for this.
