I've collected together 4 of my enhanced Autochrome photos from the First World War, which look more like modern-day re-enactments than genuine images from the Great War, but original they are - photographed in colour on glass plates over 110 years ago, bringing the past a little closer to us. They are not colourised.

I’m sad to report that my dad passed away peacefully on Thursday. He’s gone to join my mum. All of the memories of him that have popped into my mind since then have been like this one - fun and never taking himself too seriously. I’m going to miss him terribly.
