BYBIT多个账户被冻结且未提供明确依据（维权群涉及总资金约600万美元） 尊敬的 Bybit 官方团队： 本人为贵平台长期用户，一直通过TrdFi的 MT5 正常进行 XAUUSD 交易。 我的交易策略为跨市场风险对冲，即通过上期所黄金（AU）与 MT5 的 XAUUSD 进行对冲操作，本质上属于风险管理行为，而非任何形式的违规套利或系统攻击。 在整个交易过程中： - 未使用任何外挂或非法程序 - 未进行延迟套利（Latency Arbitrage） - 未操纵市场价格 - 所有交易均为正常市场成交 然而，在账户今年3月份产生盈利后，贵平台突然对账户进行限制，并冻结资金，同时未提供明确的违规依据或具体条款说明。 对此我有以下疑问： 1. 如果该交易策略属于违规行为，为何在交易一年多过程中未进行限制和邮件告知？ 2. 为何在账户盈利后才进行封禁处理？ 3. 贵平台具体依据哪一条规则认定该行为违规？ 4.如果贵平台觉得我们胜率大，完全可以把单子抛到市场，mm做市现在赌输了要我们用户买单吗？典型的输不起？ 目前账户冻结已对我造成重大损失： - 资金无法正常使用 - 对冲策略被迫中断，风险暴露 - 年化20%-30%的稳定策略被破坏 本人郑重声明： 该交易行为属于合法合规的市场交易行为，并未违反任何公开规则。 现提出以下诉求： 1. 立即解封账户，恢复正常交易权限 或 2. 允许全额提现账户资金 3. 提供明确的违规依据及对应条款说明 如贵平台无法提供合理解释，本人将保留向相关监管机构、行业媒体及法律途径进一步维权的权利。 请贵平台尽快给予正式回复。 @benbybit @Bybit_Official @BybitMartin @binance @cz_binance @bitget @xiejiayinBitget @Gate
