@galluzzo_julian Don’t use GT very often but this is super cool!

@galluzzo_julian Consider luck wished.
Excited to follow along. We need more of this in the world.
English

@webflowguy Wish me luck! Gonna be reaching out to people this weekend 🙏

I’m tired of politics dehumanizing people for their beliefs, so I’ve decided to start a podcast called Diverse Views.
The goal is simple - speak with people from all different religions, political views, backgrounds, etc to humanize their views and share them with the world.
Christians. Muslims. Pagans. Communists. Libertarians. Republicans. Democrats. Revolutionaries. Imperialists.
No view is too mainstream or too fringe. We are all humans, and our viewpoints are unique representations of how we grew up.
If you or anyone you know would be interested in sharing their views - please reach out to me. I’m looking for my first guest :)
English

@galluzzo_julian Yeah not just finding people but finding people who are capable of articulating their beliefs haha... that's going to be the tricky part.
English

@webflowguy Thank you! If you know anyone, let me know! I imagine finding guests is gonna be the hardest part

Today’s schedule
- 9 AM- set up candy cart at a salon for a pop-up event.
- 11 AM- Transport the candy truck from the BYU soccer field into the BYU football stadium for the Football game tonight.

Getting into BYU football games while making money isn’t a bad gig!

Just got a call from a random dude that lives 10 minutes south of me.
Asked if I worked Saturdays so he could shadow me and learn the business in his free time.
So he could start one.
The weird questions you get from building in public I guess?
Tyler Mumford - The Stump Guy@StumpGuyTy
No matter how much you love my business model… I do not want to partner with you to start a stump grinding company in my market. No matter what way you cut it, it’s a net negative. Feels obvious, but you’d be shocked at some of my DM’s. 😅
English

@_heyrico I appreciate the aesthetic
But what are these data visualizations supposed to be?
Thinking like a user, I’m having trouble making sense of what any of this means
English

@ChrisRamsey60 I think niche SaaS is really interesting, especially if you can partner up with the dev and then industry operator.
Great post!

Detailed yet simple path to wealth THAT TOOK ME YEARS TO FIGURE OUT.
1. Cash flowing business -
I am in the moving/logistics business(no I wouldn’t go with this business starting today)
Service business HVAC, electrical company, paving company the necessities is what I would go with.
or
Saas product(this is obviously a little more complicated but can you set you up for life)
I started a niche Saas business that for moving/logistics industry it’s what I know.
Low overhead, recurring monthly revenue, global scalability.
The GOAL is to replace yourself so you not doing the day to day but now you have the cashflow. Even if your still in the day to day you can do #2
2. Real estate - start small buying properties leasing them out.
Take the cashflow from your business and put it into real estate to take advantage of additional cashflow, tax benefits, depreciation, appreciation, etc.
I like multifamily and industrial, contractors garages and self storage.
Once you get rolling the possibilities here are unlimited and this business which started out as a passive investing can turn bigger than you ever imagined.
You can start developing real estate or capital raising/sydicating (we do both)
3. Social media - record this journey
Use your social media! Entrepreneurship is more popular than ever and if you just post your path you will gain the following.
Once you have that following again the possibilities are limitless.
Direct to consumer brand, marketing others products, selling courses, selling consulting. Just so many ways after you build a following to make money.
This is not complicated really anyone can do it’s simple.
Be relentless and have high risk tolerance follow the path.

It just depends on the use case.
The shorter the distance from a to b the less likely it is to hallucinate.
It’s fantastic for synthesizing information, tutoring with instant pneumonic creation, seating for copywriting, gathering original research on a topic, etc.
Big picture stuff is very volatile for me… but generally speaking the rate at which I have been able to acquire new information and new skills is phenomenal
English

@FounderKyle I couldn’t agree more. Some of the most successful, knowledgeable people on this app (many of who become great friends IRL) have like 300 followers. It’s crazy.
English

Depends on what you care about. I feel like MailChimp is bloated and not the best at anything.
All around good choice? MailerLite. Great deliverability. Pretty good UX. Moderately advanced features. Very generous pricing.
Flodesk has simplicity and fantastic UX, but it’s lacking some advanced features like A/B testing.
Customer.io is overkill for what you want to do but is great for very data-driven, hyper-personalized campaigns.
I would say look into MailerLite.
English

@JayPlewe Happy to follow the journey and contribute anywhere I can!
English

@webflowguy Welcome to the show!
But really, thanks for the follow. I’m excited to learn from your expertise.
English

@markcecchini It’s been super inspirational to see your growth on X man.
I send your posts to a few clients / friends of mine in the wm space to inspire them.
Keep up the good work!
