CT not FAST You’re going to do a CT if the fast is +ve OR if it’s -ve so it’s not a decision making tool. TBH FAST is nowhere near as useful in adults or kids as some make out (in my system where I can be in CT within minutes)

Trauma in children :: larger centres have separate adult & paediatric trauma teams, this further decrease the exposure of paediatric resus teams to trauma. Collaborative, innovative training & mixed trauma rostering will increase exposure @AnnielondonAA #dftb19
