Claude Code is amazing! In less than 30 minutes I have a functional browser-based viewer for MRI DICOM + AI that tries to explain what it sees. Ezra image viewer is great but it's nice to add custom viewing options with AI second opinion

@m_koido @joe_pickrell Thanks @m_koido! I must have missed that. I agree with you - for complex queries it didn't do so well so it's not that much of a help yet. You are several steps ahead of me! I am also going to explore @ProjectBiomni for chaining multiple agents

@mikelabatt @iamaubey Sorry that happened to you Mike! DanteLabs found the cause of the swap and sent me another kit - and I got the correct data back soon after that. I am considering trying out their latest offering on Pacbio data now...

@iamaubey @wendyWongSW I too am interested in an update, as the same happened to a kit I sent them. Nothing matched (Y and mt haplotypes, mutations, blood type estimate), yet they insist that they sent the correct data. Had to run a professional mtDNA test on same person (switched baby anxiety...)

@DanteLabs I think there is a sample swap with my genome because 1) genotype concordance with 23andme data is too low 2) Mendelian inheritance error with my parents' genome is too high 3) PCA puts me near EUR in 1kgenomes although my parents are correctly in the EAS cluster

My @akashnet deployment of a decentralized @ProjectJupyter notebook using @cloudmosio. Took 10 minutes including setting up the account/wallet and transferring funds from @keplrwallet. Couldn't have been more impressed! Will deploy a more beefy notebook for some real work now!
