@TheRealKeean @WestJet They do not answer their phones. It’s brutal service from them. I have cancelled my Westjet master card. My tickets bought with points were not cheap. They ended up costing more than if I would have paid for them. Plus the card was 100.00 per year. Rip off terrible company.

I think it is @WestJet policy that they leave customers on a 1 hour hold automatically in hopes that they just hang up and accept whatever issue the airline's booking system/aircraft/baggage service caused.
